Argüden Academy Launches Governance Scorecards for Municipalities
The Governance Scorecards aim to measure the quality of governance and identify benchmark examples to instigate learning for good governance. The report prepared by the Argüden Governance Academy assesses 37 district municipalities of Istanbul in terms of governance policies and practices with the aim of contributing to improvement of these policies, which help to increase the quality of municipal services and prosperity of citizens. With its unique approach and methodology, the report is attracting international attention.
